Shipping policy

Pre-orders

Everything on CENKO is currently sold as a pre-order. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 weeks of being placed, and usually arrive 3–7 days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. We send tracking details by email and SMS as soon as your parcel is picked up.

If we cannot dispatch within this window we will tell you before the window ends, give you a new date, and offer you the choice to cancel for a full refund.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within India only.

Shipping charges

Shipping is ₹69 per order, and free on orders of ₹1,000 or more. The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you pay. There are no other fees.

Couriers

Orders are shipped through our logistics partner, Delhivery.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please photograph it and write to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or refund it in full, at no cost to you. See our returns policy for details.
